Kettlebell is an excellent physical workout but finding an effective kettlebell workout can be a laborious task. I suggest that you should start from the shoulders and you can add military press, seesaw presses, kettlebell clean and jerk in the shoulders exercise. For the quads, arm overhead squats and split jerks are appropriate. For the chest, different variations of the floor presses can be included. The perfect activity for the abdominal muscles is windmill. Never forget to add the lower body activity and for this employ dead lifts.
